Took my dog there for boarding. They were very helpful and accommodating. I was worried how my dog would interact with other dogs. They reassured me all would be okay. The facility itself is nice and clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The price for boarding is comparable to other boarding services. Overall I am very happy with Jules Veterinary Center and will definitely bring my dog back for their boarding services!
They were very patient and compassionate when our dog had to be euthanized due to an aggressive cancer. We were there for over an hour and during the whole process they were kind to our feelings and gave us as much time as we needed to be with him and talk to him during the procedure.
2 stars because I have 2 cats and two out of one is doing well. My other cat that was seen there and had his ears cleaned by their people working there caused a nasty reaction to his ear as you can see in the picture. I've had his ears done at the San Ramon Vet Hospital for the same thing. When the people in San Ramon (Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care) cleaned his ears- the same day or next day, my cat was fine and there was no scratching in the ear. I have this Vet place clean my cats ear - they say it was with a saline solution. My cat has been scratching his ear and is sensitive when petting his head. Perhaps they may be good with dogs, but for cats or my experience with this Vet, is poor. Oh and they want to charge you from $52 - $32 to bring him in for the issue they left my cat in. Beware- if they screw your animal up and you want them to review their work they did on your animal, they will charge you for it. I'd recommend to go to Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care. It sucks that theres no good place in Tracy or close to Mountain House to go to. I have to travel to San Ramon to get my fur babies taken care of. At least I know they have a professional people who will care for your animals even if they are cats!
The vet pestered me about paying my bill while my dog- my baby- was in my arms, already sedated for euthanasia, our very last moments together. I wish I could forget this %*$&# but the question still lingers: was she brainless or heartless? In the end, it doesn't matter which; the important thing is my informing you. Anything, no matter how outrageous, could happen there. The vet was Dr. Olsen, and that she was employed there, entrusted with animals and dealing with humans, taints the entire Jules Veterinary Center. If you love your pet, check out the other negative reviews and you'll notice the same theme that runs throughout them: callousness and greed. So you've been warned.
The place where your pet receives the best of care. These people are passion about you and your animal. They take their time, answer your question. Will make home calls to check up on your loved on. Highly recommended. Parking is no problem.
