This place should be called Grantline pet morgue!! this is the worst place you can take your pet if you care about them!!! this place robbed me of $442.00 for a ear flush, culture and medication for my cat. the only reason i even took him there was because we were fostering him prior to adopting him and we were referred by Tracy animal shelter. never again will i even take a pet hamster to these pirates. "Dr. Taka" who shouldn't even be referred to as a "Dr" was extremely unknowledgeable about anything related to what was going on with my cat even after reading the notes in the chart from the previous Dr. he couldn't handle my cat and had myself and my daughter place the muzzle because he was too scared of the cat!! first of all your the vet not us and your the one we are paying all this money to, to provide a service. the cat became so agitated it scratched us because he had not clue on what to do...after speaking with the extremely rude manager (Meagan) Sp? twice about the issues we were facing she tried to excuse it by saying she told us to bring him another day, although she did that my daughter explained to her about the issues and still she refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part. if the cat is being brought in for ear issues why would you prescribe eye drops that have noting to do with the original issue at hand which progressively got worse!! seriously this clinic is fraud and i will be advising the BBB as well as any media outlets. i asked the manager for the owner's name and she refused to provide me this information. i also asked for my cats medical records and she refused that as well saying she won't be giving me anything and to ask the owner, when i proceeded to ask her when the owners name and when they would be there she condescendingly said "they are never here!!" the whole office was full of people with pets and she conducted herself in an extremely unprofessional manner...i have also advised Tracy animal shelter to send their foster pets to another vet that actually can provide adequate service to people who are caring for these animals. this place doesn't even deserve one star.

Absolutely first class care at an affordable price. Our little toy poodle, Yogi went in to have his teeth cleaned. We were told, correctly, that he also needed a tooth pulled. The tooth was badly infected and he bled a lot. The nurse hand-held him and treated him until he pulled through. The price was about 1/2 what was estimated it would be at a Walnut Creek vet for the same service. Later Yogi needed a cancer removed from his anal gland. Again the removal and post-op care was first class, and again the price was probably less than 1/2 the Walnut Creek vet. How expensive is the Walnut Creek vet? Our son took his cat there in the evening and the overnight bill was $6000+. Go to Grantline, they are better and much cheaper.

Ive never had such horrible experience until I came to this veterinarian clinic. I had came a few weeks ago because my cat had an ear infection and their was alot of discharge & redness and he needed to be checked out. This was our first time actually going to this vet for a serious situation and I wasnt too happy when we scheduled an appointment and still had to wait, even though there wasnt alot of customers. Anways, the nurse checks him over and the doctor comes and we tell her whats wrong. She suggests a sedation, shots that were suppose to last 2 weeks didnt even last a day, the visit (we were suppose to get a free visit but they didnt want to give us), & medicine. Which came out to be $442. Few weeks later, I come again because our cat was still scratching his ears and now he was making himself bleed. Again, I telling them the situation with his ears and they insisted on doing the same thing they did last time plus a culture test which was $189. The cost ended up being $445. We have been dealing with this over a month 1/2 and this is beyond upsetting. Dealing with a doctor thats scared to touch a cat and made my mom and I hold him. Due to the cats trama, we were scratched up all over. This is beyond unprofessional, we pay so much money and expect good treatment and amazing service, only to recieve horrible service at both ends. I would rate this clinic a ZERO OUT OF TEN. It is horrible, dont waste your time or money its not worth it.

We took our cat J.R. there yesterday to have a dental cleaning and procedure. The whole experience was great. Both the male and female Vet Techs were super nice and helpful. The Vet was great he called to let us know a tooth needed extracted and even brought it out and showed us the crack and damage to the tooth. My husband and I both are very overprotective of our babies and they scored an A+. We will be using them in the future.

My puppy was bleeding out of his nose, they insisted on taking x-rays. They saw nothing and charged me $300+ and told me to just take him home, and wait it out. they clearly didn't know what was wrong with him and did not want to help. Took him else where because he was bleeding nonstop, turned out to be rat poison, he would have died if I had listened to their recommendation. I go back and ask to talk to the doctor and get a refund, apparently no doctor was in. They take my name and number, and I urge them to call me as soon as possible because that charge was ridiculous they did nothing and almost killed my dog with their recommendation. 2 months later and I never got a call, the LEAST you can do is contact me and explain the situation. Horrible service, not to mention the receptionist was very arrogant and indifferent, the doctor? He was clueless .So disappointed.
