Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit your location in Tracy California Sheri was helpful and informative and quick so I had to be off to work. Working many hours it's good to know that there's somewhere that you can store your things safely and have access 24/7
My visit and experience exceeded my expectations. Shari was courteous,very informative explaining additional options if additional storage was needed. Also offering moving supplies. Very detail oriented going over the signed contract. Very professional and prompt. I did not feel rushed thru the process. The location was very clean,pleasant enviroment. I would recommend her to others.
I have a climate controlled unit for the reason to be cool when I have to use my unit. Unfortunately The first day I go to move in to the unit on a late HOT! Sunday and of course the A/C that is used to keep the unit cool is not on. No help from corporate because the storage place is closed and the office at my complex is closed for two days. This sucks!!! When I viewed the unit before I rented it is was nice and cool and had music in the building I thought this is sweet. Well not to sweet on a hot late Sunday night. Thanks
Staff very helpful ,units very clean,accessibility very good. Prices are the best that I've ran across. I would recommend StorQuest to anyone who needs a storage in the valley. I live in Hayward and its worth the drive versus bay area prices. Top notch
