I had 2 drops at this place 1st drop albertsons 24 pallets with lumper charge of $330 took 6hr 35min to unload. And the 2nd drop at Safeway took 4hr+ plus and $70 for 4 pallets.If you have 2 drops at this place you will definitely run out of 14 hours clock and a good thing is they got the dirt parking lot you can get your sleep there
0 stars!! Rude! Unprofessional! We arrived an hour early and checked in.. waited over an hour for a door call then Security threatened us saying if we didn't dock at the door within 3 minutes they'd give our door away and send us home. Then we proceeded to sit here waiting for 10 hours to be unloaded! Last time we were here it took 4 hours to be unloaded and an additional 3 hours to get our paperwork. Absurd
Unloader good but the people put the sticker and count the stuff very very slow. Unload count and write subject to count. This place need to hire more people or this company will be changing there name Soon like they did before. Safeway to Albertson. Hire more people it will be cheaper dont waste driver time. Lumper they take over the phone and it took 2-3 hours just to print receipt. They are too busy playing games on there phone.
After reading several reviews I was anticipating a long wait. I was going to get much needed sleep. Didn't work out that way. My appointment was for 0700. By 0730 I was in a door. By 0800 they were unloading me. By 1000 I was gone! I fully expected to have to deal with my sour, bad tempered people. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.
One of the worst loading/unloading experiences First you wait for the dock, in a dirt lot which u have to walk thru to check inThen the unloading takes forever only for 1 small pallet lumper $65 And over all that waiting for BOLs is an issue as they can make you wait up to 4 hours after you unload just for the BOLsSo all in all a very bad system Try your best to stay clear of this location
