While the customer service was very nice, my treatment of Botox did not work effectively. I bought quite a lot of Botox for one problem area, yet that high amount of Botox didn't freeze the wrinkle and problem area. I went back for a touch-up, which didn't fix the problem. So I went to another Botox medical place, and they gave me 8 units which did finally freeze the area. I don't know if (1) I wasn't given enough originally (2) I wasn't given what I paid for (3) my muscles were too strong for the amount given, or (4) the way it was given was not correct, but it didn't work out. I don't think I am going back because it is possible they didn't give me what I paid for or else they didn't know how to apply the Botox to make it effective. There is no point in paying hundreds of dollars for a treatment that doesn't work.
