Great place for a massage
Today was my first massage ever. For a first experience it was best. Getting an appointment was easy, the staff is friendly, and the place was very clean and calming. Daniel gave an amazing massage. I felt and still feeling awesome!!! Hands down epic first experience and defiantly will go back.
Used the online check in service, got an email confirmation. When I got there, got checked in, but 10 minutes later was informed that I had no appointment. I was asked to leave. No rescheduling, no answers, nothing,.Stay away from this place, worst ever, no customer service or respect.
I had a 200.00 gift card. I went in for a chemical peel. I didn't peel except for a tiny amount on my chin. That was $100.00. I went in again and told her that I didn't peel the last time. She said it was most likely because it wasn't the maximum strength solution. "You will definitely peel this time". I wait and wait but not even a tiny bit of peeling this time. I called and they said Shreena would definitely call me back. Nothing, so I call again in a couple more days. They said again that they would give her the message and she would definitely call me back. Nothing. $250. And she cannot even return my call. I had peels done by dermatologist and I definitely peeled all over. Don't waste your time and money by going here. The worst customer service!!! You deserve better treatment.
