Always such great customer service and can always find everything I need.
The snack bar was closed at 630 p.m.. I wanted to purchase a fountain beverage to enjoy while shopping. I was given attitude and excuses from 3 separate employees. It's been closed very early several times lately. Very frustrating.
I really enjoy coming to Target. I like that Target offers cartwheel. I like that Target offers gift cards on certain items. It would be beneficial that other stores follow in Targets footsteps, but until then I'll continue shopping at Target
Nice staff , clean store. Food court needs a cleaner other than that it's good place
If I could rate zero stars I would but heres my experience at this location in Tracy CA. I was being rung up (with quite a large amount of groceries) most of which was for my 5 year olds school lunch. Im a single parent so I have an Ebt card for food. Anyway, the young women rang me up and after I ran my card and put my pin she told me I still owed $30 which was incorrect, she acted nervous and accused me of owing because she didnt actually know what she had done wrong. Then she proceeded to tell me that actually my amount total was $30 and even after being treated badly I told her that isnt accurate with all of the groceries I had (so I technically could have paid less than a quarter of my total) but I didnt because I was trying to do the right thing. So she calls this old woman over who again, accuses me of doing something wrong and I explained to her that theres no way my total is that low and after her rudely asking me questions she realized that indeed over half of the items werent even wrong up. So she voided the sale (that I ALREADY paid for) re rung everything up while slamming things around and both of them were complaining about how it must have been my card or the registers fault the older one was rustling through the bags in such an unorganized fashion so I asked her if she was double scanning and she snapped at me over that and said I had to void the whole thing and do it over again (not MY fault your cashier doesnt know what shes doing) so finally my total comes to somewhere around $180 and this woman has not even achnowledged their fault, apologized for making me stand there for so long, accused me of not having the money, but she does not even say as little as thank you as she hands me my receipt. So I told her for having it be a mistake on their end that she was very rude and she immediately got so defensive and kept saying Im not being rude, Im not being rude obviously anyone in retail knows how that situation should have been handled and she (Lupe at Tracy location) knows nothing about appropriate customer service. I just saved you from getting fired for giving me 150 dollars worth of free groceries AND you were consistently rude. Even a bystander said she was giving me dirty looks and multiple people on the way out said they would have just left with the groceries. And lastly, I just got off the phone with my card company. Not only did the initial $30 go through but somewhere an extra 80 dollars was charged, on my receipt with absolutely no way of adding up. Coming to about $230 total. Im going to call corporate and if its not handled appropriately I will gladly enlighten the very large and very supportive social media following that I have with the womens names and store number. Youre welcome, Target. Train your employees.
