My wife & I came to Mancini's Sleepworld not knowing anything about memory foam mattresses until we met Ian. Ian explained in great detail the differences between all the different Tempur pedic matttresses. I like more on the firm side while my wife likes a more soft mattress. Ian found the perfect mattress for both of us. He also mentioned that they were offering a free foundation box spring with any tempur pedic mattress purchase. So, not only did we receive great customer service, we got a great deal on a tempur pedic!
Great service in store. Daniel Cox was awesome!He was patient and very knowledgeable. This is our second time buying here. Our last bed purchase was a serta 13 years ago. We ended up buying another Serta. I would recommend the serta hybrid Icomfort plush. Only complaint, was we never got a call for our delivery time frame. I had to call the warehouse the night before. Our delivery went well they were on time even early. They were quick , in and out, no problem.
Store got a lot of selections - mattress, frames & etc. Dan was very helpful & very accommodating with all our request. He was able to answer all our questions about differences in tempurpidic mattress. Please asked Dan to help you out.
Ordered a bundle of items on 9/05/2015 to include two dressers, bunk beds and mattresses. I was told all items were in stock and would be shipped together. I received all items in the next week except one dresser. Called once, was told it'd be here by the end of the month. Called again at the end of the month, told I would get it by the end of Oct. It's 11/02/2015, still haven't received the dresser that I already paid for. Hope it comes soon. I will never got to this store again.
Wow! Absolutely attentive service, and great prices for very high quality mattresses and bases. I absolutely will be shopping here for all bedroom furniture! I didnt like the quality of beds at a nearby competitor, and the salespeople in the Bay Area were high pressure. This experience was a joy from start to finish and now Im sleeping on a cloud!
