Brought my ring in because of a loose prong and they had to send it out, it only took about a week to get my ring back in perfect condition. Staff was helpful and friendly the whole time and kept me updated about the progress.
Had the honorable duty of restoring this location's communication after everything mysteriously went 'dark'.I witnessed the manager and assistant manager continue making every consumer feel welcomed, listened-to and serviced while I maneuvered around it all.Three, maybe four, brilliant women and one exceedingly tall, personable man serviced everyone even though it was all in long-hand until I completed comm restoration.Even if Tracy, CA is a little out-of-the-way, you'd be hard pressed finding better service.
