I travel from Patterson to shop at the Tracy Macy's store I'd buy my Mac makeup there and disappointing to find out that my makeup line wasn't available kind of bummed out
Customer Service is spotty at best. There are 2 sales women that I know of that are amazing: the handbag woman and the woman who works in the men's department. It is often difficult to find someone to help you and there are few registers open at a time. Consequently, when you do find one open, there's a long line. This is a smaller Macy's, so there is not a very big selection. The children's and young girls section has a minimal selection. They do not carry childrens' shoes!! The petite section is also minimal, as is the chubby section. Juniors and regular women's is not bad and when there's a sale going on, you can get some good deals. Good for when you need something nice in a pinch and you don't want to drive far.
