Very very very slow service. Two appointments in a row my child has been seen over an hour past his scheduled appointment. The staff does not seem to care their patients have to wait endlessly for an appointment.
The location and facility is nice. My issue is the billing in general. An office visit should not cost $300+ to speak to a doctor. Lab work should not cost over $1k. Tried them a second time and sure enough got billed the same amount the second visit. When you call their billing department it's basically yes that's the price. Stay away from Sutter Gould Foundation.

So many problems with this group !! Is terribly bad!! I have insurance and they just dont do their job good to figure it out my bills with the insurance. Ive been since December dealing with bills that come so high and my insurance will pay but someone doesnt do the job good in the area to resolve the situation so all the time I have to call my insurance and see what is going on. I dont have problems with Standford, no problems with private doctors or specialists JUST SUTTER!!! They need to hire a way better employees so people dont deal with this. Really dont come here !! The place is new and modern and the attention is ok but not the best that you can have. My baby came and the doctor Daysi Jones was ok but maybe she could be listened me more and give me better suggestions like doctor in general for my daughter. She was just nice but I think she could try harder. I said ; she has kind of allergy what can I do for that ? and she said:the ..... medicine for allergy that you can find in Safeway well she should give me a little note about that and not just tell me the suggestion if I really couldnt understand her so much because English is my second language. The doctor visit was fast and they seem like just with some time for the patients. I hope nobody has to deal with an inefficient service like Ive been dealing for months and end up in COLLECTION because someone is lazy or disorganized in the department.Terrible!!!
Their beautiful new building is wonderful, the service is much faster, and everyone seems much happier. We love Dr. Shen, and we love the urgent care center. Everyone is caring, quick, efficient, and thorough. Thanks for being a great asset to Tracy!
