They get one star because this facility is grossly undersized for the number of patient it serves. The biggest problem is the Adult medicine and check in area on the second floor. There is room for 3 or 4 people in front of the associates and then the patients have to line up down the center of the main corridor. This results in a line of sick contagious people blocking the pathway and spreading their illness to anyone walking by. Adding to this hall from hell, they moved the adult immunization clinic upstairs so you have to stand in line with a group of people already infected before you get your flu shot. That's insane as your going to catch the flu long before the vaccination takes effect. Next time I need a flu shot I will go to Walgreens and pay for it. Suggestion to Kaiser. Expand and fix that clinic, fast track it and get it done with in 2 years Its Jan 2018, click the clock is running.
Saturday hours would be nice, even if it was like bank hours, 9-1.
Always the best, doctors, pharmacy, laboratory. All staff are great.
No emergency or urgwnt care here and not open during weekends.
