Hours are too short. we need a 24 hour fitness in town. everything is new but hours is what will kill the business

Horrible customer service. I was overcharged twice. I went in to place my account on freeze because Ive been disabled after a bad deadlift. I specifically told the kid at the front desk that I got hurt and needed to place my account on hold. She then looks my account up and says my card number was not on file for some reason and that I owed backpay. She tells me that shell wave some fees to make it less. I pay it then low and behold the next month Im charged $55 when my membership was only $14 a month. The fee she waived was charged to my account. I called and spoke to the manager and assistant manager. They both listened and assured me it would be addressed but for me to email the corporate office because only corporate can approve refunds. Its been about three weeks and I still havent heard from the corporate office about this. The gym is large, clean, new and I enjoyed it greatly but not worth all the trouble Ive had. Ive been out of work disabled for over a month with zero income. I used this gym about 10 times total and was charged 124.96. Incredibly ridiculous, unprofessional and impossible to reach a corporate office associate to ask for a refund or even explain the situation. Ive never had this issue with any of the other gyms in this town.
Just joined yesterday, great place to work out. Very spacious and easily accessible to the freeway. Also the people working here are very friendly. I would recommend this gym to anyone. BTW I was told they will be changing extending their hours soon because right now they are still in the phase of "soft-opening." I am looking forward to working out here more often...
