Great experience!!! I'm new to the crossfit world and have been hesitant to join from all the bad stereotypes. Utilizing crossfit perfections 2 days of free sessions I became a member shortly after. I'm not novice to lifting, but am to crossfit.My 2 day experience; great workouts with instructor's that motivate, a warm welcome from the crossfit family (members), flexible class schedules throughout the day. Glad to call this my gym and would recommend this gym to new and experienced people.
CrossFit perfection offers a variety of class times and is a very welcoming community of people. I have been a member here for almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it!
