There are very few places to camp in this area and these folks know it!Reader quick question: is it legal to have a public business and not be handicap compliant? Is it legal to have a closed bathroom in a public place of business? I'm so confused how these folks run their campsite. They have showers and bathrooms for their campers, but due to past issues we are not allowed to use them, when we asked about making an exception due to my handicap, and after proving I am legally handicap they refused to open the restroom and allow me to use them. We have been camping all over northern California and we have NEVER had to pay a separate bill for PG&E. Ridiculous! Approx $1000K/month. Not worth it so don't even bother with this place.
I've had my motorhome in storage there for years as I have no side access at my home. They have great security and it's well kept and employees helpful . Plus there is people that live there and some just stay a few days in their rvs or trailers. Good pricing and friendly residents and staff and clean.
Mostly quiet place. Not many children around. Access in and out can be a major headache because of traffic. Maintenance crew is awesome but management can be aggravating at times
Pos.Cardlock security gate, secure fence, employees have eyes on your rv. 8am to 8 pm access.Neg. Dump station and charging electricity would be nice. Wash bay? now I am dreaming. Some sites are tight fit.I am staying lest they up the price.
Nice place but a little on the EXSPENSIVE side for what it is!
