My property rights are over ridden by dogs barking
My personal interaction with Tracy PD today was one of the best, I don't recall a more professional team, while driving to a location close to tracy Blvd & larch rd, while clearing out a registration issue, they were not just gentleman, but human. We appreciate for all that you do.Thx
Police are under rated they are people just like us doing their job to protect people sometimes they might not be right but we all know some of us don't do our job right just like in any profession So give some consideration for them they are not our they don't know who they're dealing with They're just people and they make mistakes and sometimes I don't know that they're making Those mistakes just like any human Why hate them when they are called out to DE escalate a situation that they have no idea what's going on They have to Deal With liars thieves and abusive people yeah sometimes you think you're in the right but when you get into a situation where you're in cuffs you could of just walked Away believe me I've been there and I won't do it againIt is very easy to get on the wrong side of the fence thInk Before you act it is very simple but you let emotions take control of your thinking that's what gets you in trouble with the police not them
They are a joke, they always use excessive force when trying to arrest you, beat on you, dislocate shoulder while in handcuffs and leave you at the hospital with broken jaw. Then they try to lie about it. They judge you by the way you dress or look and treat you as such. 1 out 10 cops actually like their profession, the rest don't deserve the position or title. It's sad. Then, they wonder why the civilians don't respect them.
Our Honda Civic was wrecked, we had it towed about 70 yards from our residence. It was scheduled to be picked up by pick-n-pull on Friday, May 18th (Only TWO days after the incident which left the vehicle immobile)However, not even 24 hours later, we received notification that the vehicle had been towed away simply because it was on property owned by the Tracy Police Department. We were not given a notice to move the car (which would have been completely fine) instead, we now have to retrieve the already-submitted paperwork from the pick-n-pull in Modesto, sell the vehicle to the tow company and we STILL have to pay $500 because the vehicle sat in their lot over the weekend. We would have got it out sooner because we thought the TPD would review our wrongful tow sheet that we submitted to them which we were told would take up to 72 hours. Not only did we have to call THEM after 4 days, but they also shrugged us off and more or less said, "Sorry, deal with it." So now, we lost a car, lost $500 and we have to take time out of our day to "correct" this.Welcome to Tracy.
