The staff at Golden Bear are great. They have a good understanding of what is required to better improve your injury, but also with care to ensure that your not over exerting yourself.Their friendly customer service makes you feel comfortable and not reluctant to ask many questions regarding your health and the process of improving, as well as, making it easier to work to your schedule.
Golden Bear Physical Therapy = professional, courtesy, makes you feel like a patient instead of a number. In 2015 i was in a car accident and had to go for physical therapy, never having to go before I didn't know what to expect. At that time Tracy only had one place which was Sutter Tracy, I went to all sessions, patients in and out every 10 mins and not even seeing my therapist but a few minutes. No one on one time just went in hooked up to machines and given a bell to ring if needing anything. Then October 2017 I hurt my knee I had to wait forever to just get my appointment to see my doctor finally I seen my doctor in January and she submitted my referral to the new place in town (Golden Bear), after my appointment I called into tge office and spoke with Julie who told me she didn't have my information yet and couldn't schedule, I called my doctor and was told it takes a couple weeks. I thought wow i have been in pain can barley walk and have been waiting months already. Soon after I ended that call Julie called me and she had went above and beyond and got the approval and had me schedule that next week. I knew from the moment I walked in the ray of sunshine from each of the smiles your greeted with that this office was better then any other. The front desk Julie was great, friendly and always very polite. KD was fantastic always checked on me answered any questions and showed me each exercise to perform and if doing wrong re showed me. Nikki where do I even start she is great, very cheerful, and a smile worth gold. I love that she has one on one time with me never feel that she is rushed and at the time I'm the priority. I have only been to 6 sessions but I feel 100% better. Now knowing this I would never go to another physical therapy place again. I hope golden bear doesn't change the way they allow one on one time with the therapist and make us feel like a true patient instead of clinic in and out and no cares.
Clean, well-lit, professional business, and everyone who works there is clearly concerned for the well-being of their patients. I chose to terminate PT with another provider for lack of any measurable progress, and in 5 visits with Golden Bear, the improvement is beyond my wishes - thanks!
