These folks know how to do paint of any sort! Super competitive pricing, great service from Susan and Scott as well as the entire team at Spencer!I had my floor completed with Epoxy and can't be happier! To be honest, the job was not perfect when they left because it is hard to lay down the clear coat as they could not see it. The reason they get the 5 star... its because of how they handle the issue. That's the BIG question when you do business with someone, are they going to back up their product and work after they take the money..... Well Spencer and the team stepped up the plate and came back again and made me a happy camper!!! I'm pretty meticulous, so if they can make me happy, that's hard to do! They came back without hesitation, apologized and did good work!So anyone wants to do any type of painting for their home and not sure what company to use, Spencer is the place!! We had Spencer Flooring and Painting paint rooms, ceilings, doors, and our staircase. They also installed carpet and baseboards through out my upstairs. The job was nicely done on both jobs and the staff was friendly and efficient. There were a few hiccups which I expected ( ex. scuff on new paint after carpet install, a few missed paint spots) but Spencer came out and touched up all that was needed. I would highly recommend this company!
This is the best place in Tracy for your flooring needs. Their hardwood floor collection is one of the best i have ever seen. The first time we went there, Fernando and Susan helped us with our order. Very professional team. I would highly recommend them for all kind of housing projects.
