This place sucks!!!! The customer service doesn't even exist. Their prices are cheap, and they have made me a true believer that you get what you pay for. I moved to Tracy 5 years ago and they are just 3 minutes from my house, so that is why I would go. They are ok at hemming jeans and that is it. EVERY TIME, I have had something dry cleaned, it is always a problem. I look at my clothes, and they are clearly not clean, and they are more wringled then when I brought in. Instead of just offering to re-do them, they try to argue with you that there is nothing wrong with them. I had to demand that they re-do them. The last time I went, I had to have them re-do my things twice. That was it!! If I have to drive 30 minutes to another cleaners, I will.WARNING: If you care about your clothes do NOT take them there.
OUR LONG TIME CLEANERS WENT OUT OF BUSINESS UNANNOUNCED. I PULLED UP ONLY TO FIND THE BUILDING EMPTY AND UP FOR LEASE. I WENT TO THIS ONE, DROPPED OFF LAUNDRY AND PAID. TRIED TO PICK IT UP SATURDAY BEFORE 7 PM. THINKING THEY HAD OURS LIKE OUR OLD ONE. MY HUSBAND WAS (GREETED) BY A MALE AND TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED. GOBTI MACY'S BUT A SUIT !!! MIND YOU THE DOOR WAS OPEN AND 4 PEOPLE WERE INSIDE AND OUR ITEMS WERE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. FIRST TIME THERE, LAST TIME THERE !!! IF YOU WANT BUSINESS, YOU ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. MIND YOU MY HUSBAND IS A PASTOR AND WORKS M-S OUT OF AREA (LOST ANGELES ) . $$$ TALKS SO WE WILL TAKE OUR $$ AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. RUDE ISN'T ACCEPTABLE :-(
Affordable, average quality laundry service, pleasant service. Had a couple of items come back with some dirt/ grime on them that I wiped off with wet rag. But mostly pleased with service. I continue to use them.
I like to rotate between different cleaners and test out which ones is the best. I come here and let me tell you, worst dry cleaning, rude, prices aren't good and do't treat you with respect and they can't even clean my clothes properly. I only now go to Express Drive Thru Cleaners, they are much better, faster, and nicer, and that drive thru is a major thumbs up!
This place is the worst ever !!!! They messed up two of my jackets and then tried to lowball me on my refund ! first of all they messed them up so i should be refunded what the jackets are worth. I keep going back for my refund and they said it has to be approved by the manager. I've been back around 5 times now and for some reason the "manager" is never there !!!! Unbelievable ! Never going to this place again !
