I live in another state. I wanted to send sympathy flowers to my brother and family, letting them know they are in our hearts during this sad difficult time. For many years my family and I have used this shop. It's apparent It's Not same friendly shop, it use to be.. I was extremely disappointed in Customer service as we spoke over the phone she was abrupt, in a hurry to take my order, I felt like just a another number.. I only wanted sympathy flowers, no special instructions. Flower arrangements cost a lot of money! And to be treated unkindly I decided to order from another flower shop.. I did - happy to say.. I ordered from Melissa Flower Shop in Tracy,Ca, I'm so grateful to them. The customer service was impeccable, kind, and thoughtful, they actually listened and cared ! Oh my gosh ! They sent me Photos of finished sympathy bouquet before they delivered them to my family.. Since I live in another state they wanted me to see it and make sure I was happy! Never has a flower shop sent me pictures ! Simply Amazing ! I will let everyone know Melissa's flower shop in Tracy,Ca is 5 + star's for - Caring customer service - beautiful bouquet's and piece of mind knowing you will get far more then you pay for. I've never written a review, maybe little flower shop customer service will learn something from Melissa's Flower Shop. Out of state disappointed customer
